Blue Windows
“There comes a time in a man’s life when to get where he has to go – if there are no doors or windows he walks through a wall.”
~ Bernard Malamud
ronitphoto
Another thing I’ve been working on these past few weeks is rebranding. I still need to finalize picks for my portfolio and Romeo’s working on a logo, but you can get a feel for what I’m going for here. ronitphoto will focus on (er, no pun intended) environmental portraiture, editorial and social action. I haven’t decided yet if I’ll keep my blog here, or have everything branded under my business name – any thoughts on this from photographers or any freelancing creatives out there?

Secret

“A photograph is a secret about a secret. The more it tells you the less you know.”
~ Diane Arbus
See Things New

” I am not interested in shooting new things – I am interested to see things new. ”
~ Ernest Haas
Staircase

“Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.”
~ Martin Luther King, Jr.
Neon

A little bright light and color for this gloomy day.
Bavarian Window

Shot in a tiny village in Bavaria where Romeo, my German father-in-law and I stopped for lunch.
¡Viva Calaca!

Check out this fanciful animation project by Spanish art director and designer, Ritxi Ostáriz. Amazing! And even more so: ”¡Viva Calaca! is a non-commercial project, and it was created just for joy.”
